Location - Scotland (within easy reach of Glasgow) We are currently on the look out for a talented Restaurant Manager to join a highly professional Food and Beverage team at one of the prestigious hotels in Scotland. Requirements : • Experience of working in Operations in a 4/5* hotel environment • Current/recent management experience within multi-outlet experience / a large restaurant environment (100+ covers) at 2 rosette level or equivalent • Strong culinary knowledge and experience of delivering fine dining/ formal gueridon service and ability to lead and deliver this throughout the team. • Experience managing larger teams/ junior managers. • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for people and service. • WSET Level 2, Personal Licence Holder, Food Hygiene and Trainer qualifications desirable • Strong IT skills are essential and Res Diary experience would be an advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Due to the patterns of work, and location of the resort a UK Driving Licence would be beneficial.
