Sales Manager - Maldives (Chinese Market)

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager for a leading resort in Maldives, managed by a well known international hotel/resort brand.

  • manage sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for the hotel.

  • Assist in preparation of new products and services.

  • Grow existing business and establish and pursue leads which will develop in to business.

  • Conducts market research and analysis

  • Continue to actively procure on sales opportunities.

  • Keep track of market trends and create strategies and tactical where needed.

  • Stay up to date about the competing hotels and maintain the record.

  • Plan visits with existing/ potential clients on a regular basis as set in KPO, to build trust and gain major market share.

  • Be up to date about all marketing programs and promote through.

  • Educating and informing contacts about facilities, amenities, features, prices, and rates based on the presentation folder and price information.

  • Assist in budget and forecast of the managed segments.

  • Keep track of all set goals, monitor and record sales activities per pre-set standards.
