manage sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for the hotel.
Assist in preparation of new products and services.
Grow existing business and establish and pursue leads which will develop in to business.
Conducts market research and analysis
Continue to actively procure on sales opportunities.
Keep track of market trends and create strategies and tactical where needed.
Stay up to date about the competing hotels and maintain the record.
Plan visits with existing/ potential clients on a regular basis as set in KPO, to build trust and gain major market share.
Be up to date about all marketing programs and promote through.
Educating and informing contacts about facilities, amenities, features, prices, and rates based on the presentation folder and price information.
Assist in budget and forecast of the managed segments.
Keep track of all set goals, monitor and record sales activities per pre-set standards.
